FirstCarolinaCare Insurance Company is pleased to announce the release of our new web-based Employer Portal.
The Employer Portal will provide group administrators with easy access to view their member eligibility, schedule of medical benefits, as well as other valuable tools and resources to manage employee medical benefits.
In order to access the portal you will need to register using the Username and Password you have been provided. If you have additional staff members who require administrator access to this system, please email the employee’s name and email address to: firstname.lastname@example.org. If you need other assistance with the portal, please contact your dedicated account manager or call (910) 715-8100.
