Important Change in Choice90Rx Pharmacy Providers

Dear Member:

Effective January 1, 2010, Walgreen Drug Store and CVS Pharmacy will no longer participate in the Choice90Rx program for FirstCarolinaCare Insurance Company (FCC).  It is important to note that Walgreens and CVS are still participating pharmacies for 30 day supply prescriptions.  This means you can still go to Walgreens or CVS to get a 30 day supply of medication.

You are receiving this notification because you have received a 90 day supply of medication from either Walgreens or CVS in the last 6 months.  If you would like to continue receiving a 90 day supply of medication at the same 90 day copayment, you will need to either:

1. Transfer your prescription(s) to another Choice90Rx pharmacy OR
2. Obtain a new prescription(s) from your provider to take to another Choice90Rx pharmacy.

Remember, you still have the option to have a 30 day supply filled at either Walgreens or CVS Pharmacy.
